What can I expect when I become a member of SOULLAB?
With SOULLAB, you enter a nurturing relationship where personalized care is a sacred practice, rooted in trust and an unwavering commitment to your health. You become part of a close-knit ohana - a conscious community supported by a heart-centered, interdisciplinary team with diverse perspectives to guide your holistic wellness journey.
How does SOULLAB’s ‘Gift It Forward’ system work?
SOULLAB’s ‘Gift It Forward’ system allows members to donate an additional percentage of their membership to support someone in need. This donation sponsors care for an individual who otherwise wouldn't have access. In return, the sponsored individual agrees to "pay it forward" by sharing their skills or time with someone else in the community, creating a regenerative cycle of care.
Do you take insurance?
We do not accept insurance directly. This allows us to offer completely personalized, concierge-level care without the restrictions often imposed by insurance companies.
Where are you located?
SOULLAB's primary base is on the North Shore of Kauai. However, our healing network extends globally. Certain coaching, consulting, and frequency medicine sessions can be conducted virtually, allowing you to benefit from your membership anywhere. Depending on your location, we may have a practitioner in our network to provide in-person sessions.
Where do sessions usually take place?
Session locations vary depending on the modality – between the North Shore or East Side of Kauai, your home (home visits), or online for virtual sessions.
How long do sessions typically last?
Sessions range from 45 minutes to 2 hours, depending on the modality, therapist, and your needs in the moment.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule a booking?
You can cancel or reschedule sessions with at least 24 hours’ notice. There is no cancellation fee, but sessions canceled within 24 hours will be considered used.
Does SOULLAB replace my primary care physician?
No. SOULLAB does not diagnose or replace your primary care physician. We work alongside your care team to help bridge gaps in your health journey. If needed, we can also refer you to a trusted primary care provider within our network.
